Using Google Maps. when we get google website, for getting directions get map direction and details too.?

I understand use of '+' '-' and up down left right buttons,


I only do not understand what does the sign of a 'man' mean, and how to use it.





Please give examples with details.|||If you move the man around over the map you can get a 3D Satellite image of the spot your on.You can check out 3D views from places all over the world.Just place the man on whatever State,Country,city,you would like to see.
