How does one get their business on Google Maps?

When I Google local businesses, a Google Map comes up right away for most. I'd like the same for my own business. Does anyone know what I need to do to make that happen? My shop does have a website, of course, and lots of people Google it for directions, so having that map come up would be a help...not to mention, it would look good for the business.

There are some my experience;





1. Make Your Business Name maintain "Keyword" at Google Map


For example; I helped my friend to put her restaurant on Google Map; however, it came out a lot of the same keywords with her restaurant type and name around there. That means the keyword is popular query and also has some tricky if attracted the people see your listings in the bunch of queries. So, I still keep the popular restaurant “keyword name” in the front and then her located “Brandon” coz her restaurant in Brandon and no one use it with this words. Then, her lists come out with the same keyword but with “Brandon” and people can focus to search where business located. You can put your business with it and make people easy to remember such as;

2. Attractive Image


You can create some attractive photos or your biz logo; put it on your post listings image.Let people recognize that you are the right biz what they found when they see your name, logo or front store photo.


3. Google has an entire system to allow you put more detail information to describe your business; you can upload more images and video. You have to write very clearly about your business and products sales, business hours…the ways to contact you as go to your website…also, you can make a coupon that is Google new stuff and help your biz sales.


4. Attention the reviews


The listing reviews can impact your biz public image
