I cannot get directions with google maps.it does not recognise my address?

Pick a location near to you that Google Maps does recognize and use that as your address for mapping purposes. If you're trying to use it to give someone directions to your home, then do the same but pick a recognizable landmark (gas station, convenience store) nearby and give the last few steps from there in text.|||trying just searching and put the phone number that works if not use mapquest.com|||google maps doesnt go on all streets so use a street that is more of a main road and then look for the directions from there!|||Well it might not have a satellite view of your house.
